Google Analytics

Do you have a website - personal or professional? Either way if you answered yes to that question, are you getting the correct information from your site? Odds are you're not. Google offers a free tool that is easy to use and understand for both tech-savy users, as well as for those of you out there not so comfortable with technology. The tool Google offers is Google Analytics. With this free tool, people with a website can install the tracking code in just minutes. Once the code is installed on the site, within just hours you will begin to be able to see how many people visit your site, how long they are on the site, what they view, where they came from, just to name a few benefits of the many things Google offers. The possibilities are endless and you can customize reports tailored specifically to your needs and what you would like to monitor.
To learn more or sign up for Google analytics, simply visit http://google.com/analytics and you will be well on your way to becoming an informed website administrator. Also, specific questions can be directed to me either here under the comments or on twitter @brotens.
